Do Your Glasses Need Adjusting?
If your glasses have been bent or damaged, you may need a professional adjustment to ensure they fit well.
The following are some indicators you might need to have your glasses repaired or adjusted.
Your glasses should not slide down your nose. If you find your glasses slipping, come in to have them adjusted.
Your glasses should not slide around or fly off your face. We can adjust the arms for a snugger fit or find smaller frames to fit your face.
If your glasses are crooked, you won’t have the best sight. Crookedness can look like tilted glasses where one side is higher than the other or when one lens is closer to your face.
Pinching over the bridge of your nose indicates an improper fit. Your glasses should not cause pain or leave marks near your nose pieces.
Tightness at the sides of your head near the temples or behind your ears is a sign your glasses don’t fit properly.
The problem could be with incorrectly fitted arms, so come have them adjusted—the last thing you want is your vision correction to cause headaches!
